At the start of the Dec. 4 hearing the Planning Commission considered two sets of draft minutes and a resolution related to the Los Patos Underpass Removal Project. A commissioner moved to approve the Nov. 6 minutes together with Planning Commission Resolution No. 10 25 as amended; roll call recorded six yes votes and one abstention from Chair Wardlow, and the motion passed.

The commission then moved to approve the Nov. 13, 2025 minutes; that motion received a unanimous roll‑call vote in favor and passed. Both approvals were procedural and clerical in nature; staff and commissioners noted a requested correction to the Nov. 6 minutes and directed that the amended text be incorporated before final posting.

Because these were ministerial approvals, no public testimony on the minutes was taken beyond acknowledging written correspondence that had been received and docketed.
