During public comment, Justin Daley identified himself, described steps he had taken after receiving a notice about his property, and requested more time to complete cleanup because of weather and health limitations.

Daley told the board he had rented a dumpster and had been removing material but asked for an extension to finish work, noting weather conditions, ongoing fence construction by a neighbor, and that he is 76 years old. A board member asked how much additional time Daley needed and, after discussion about winter weather, set a follow-up appearance for Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. to reassess progress.

Board members expressed appreciation that Daley attended and said they would consider weather and health constraints when revisiting the case.
