The Oregon City Commission unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 25-10-16 on Dec. 3, creating section 9.36 of the municipal code to establish a civil exclusion zone within the downtown core, including procedures and penalties as laid out in Exhibit A.

Staff noted an amended wording incorporated in Exhibit A prior to the vote. Chief Davis (staff) confirmed the amended verbiage was present in the exhibit. Commissioners moved and seconded the ordinance’s second reading; the clerk recorded unanimous Aye votes and the mayor noted the record was unanimous.
