The INCO neighborhood council convened, established a quorum and approved the minutes from Nov. 5, 2025. Chair called for the motion; Lisa Hewitt moved to approve the minutes as written and Blackstock South (Hector) seconded; members responded “aye” and the motion carried.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and brief public comment. An online speaker, Angela, used the public-comment period to highlight upcoming holiday events, including a tree lighting at Plaza Park, a downtown children’s parade and the Tamale Festival.

The meeting proceeded to substantive agenda items after the procedural business. No formal votes other than the minutes approval were recorded during the meeting.
