At the Dec. 2 meeting the committee recorded several formal actions:

- Approval of minutes (Nov. 18, 2025): Motion moved by Allison and seconded by Katrina D.; the chair called the vote and recorded the outcome as in favor.

- MSAA waiver for winter cheerleading: Committee authorized administrators to file an MSAA waiver to permit eighth-graders to participate on the high-school winter squad; vote recorded as 5–0.

- Policy approvals (second readings): The committee approved policy ACB (equal access and annual evaluation of K–12 programming) and accompanying procedures ACB‑R; motions to approve each item were moved and seconded and recorded as unanimous votes.

- Executive session: The chair moved that the committee enter executive session under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss collective bargaining strategy; a motion and second were recorded and the committee took a roll-call vote with affirmative responses from members present.

The committee did not take further action on budget adoption at this meeting. Votes authorize district administrators to proceed with the indicated filing, procedures and executive-session work.
