The Morgan County Board of Zoning Appeals convened Nov. 24, approved minutes from its prior meeting, granted a 60-day continuance for a petition referenced in the record from 'Mister Hurl' and adjourned after brief staff reports.

The chair announced a letter from 'Mister Hurl' asking that his petition be continued 60 days. A board member moved to continue the item for 60 days (to the January meeting); the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The chair and a board member later confirmed the continuance date in the record as January 26.

The chair asked Mister Peden and Miss Parker whether there were attorney or planning director reports; a board member also reported a site visit to the Curtis property at Little Point and indicated screening work was completed and an affidavit was signed so the property owner could move forward with licensing.

With no further business, the board took a motion to adjourn, voted by voice and ended the meeting. The chair commented the meeting length was 11 minutes.
