Commission staff presented the routine schedule of claims, including bond debt-service payments totaling $10,795,126.46, and asked the commission to approve payment. A motion and second were made and the commission approved the scheduled bills by voice vote.

Separately, the commission approved payment of an annual retainer to Taft Law for $63,000. Staff said paperwork for the Taft invoice will be submitted and Jan will coordinate with the auditor’s office to process payment through Workday.
