Speaker 5 moved to approve the request and Speaker 2 seconded. Speaker 6 called the vote and members signified their approval; the motion passed.

The board’s approval allows the club to "play in traffic" for roughly three hours (approximately 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) as described by Speaker 3, provided organizers use the same safety setup as last year. The applicant said no incidents were reported last year when first responders passed through the area.

Next steps: organizers will coordinate final details with the city as requested. The board did not specify additional traffic-control measures beyond the applicant’s plan.
