At its Nov. 12 meeting, the Egg Harbor Township Committee adopted its consent calendar (resolutions 506–540 after removing Resolution 539) and approved the bill list under Resolution 541.

Committee members moved and seconded adoption of the consent calendar and recorded roll-call approvals. Resolution 541, authorizing payment of all bills, was also approved by roll call. The committee moved to approve meeting minutes from Oct. 15, 2025 (regular and closed-session minutes where applicable) and approved payroll for October 2025 in the amount of $1,640,249.60.

The mayor noted that the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) will present an update at the December meeting. Two late resolutions (543 and 544) were added and adopted as add-ons during the meeting.
