The Community Reinvestment Agency board took two formal actions during its Nov. 18 meeting.

Board member Pouy moved and board member Dugan seconded approval of the minutes for June 3 and June 10, 2025; the motion passed by voice vote with all seven board members present.

Board member Pui moved (amended on the floor) to close the public hearing and adopt item C2 (CRA Budget Amendment Number 2 for FY25–26). The motion, seconded by board member Dugan, passed by voice vote and was recorded as carried unanimously.

The public hearing for the budget amendment had been opened earlier and staff described the amendment as a reappropriation of funds from the Depot District infrastructure design/construction and site work project fund into the infrastructure improvements program to support land acquisition and a public right-of-way.
