The Roosevelt City Council approved a contract to sell a small city-owned parcel (described in the meeting as roughly a tenth of an acre) to Craig Phillips for $5,000.

Drew (staff) presented the parcel location near the Ballard Maverick and the Glass Shop and said the contract was ready for signature. The council recalled prior discussion of the parcel and moved to accept the offer. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.

Council members noted the parcel was small and that the city was getting fair market value. The sale proceeds and any applicable conveyance paperwork were not broken out in detail during the presentation; staff indicated the contract was available for signature tonight.
