Allison presented an updated contractual services agreement on behalf of Purdue Extension and outlined recent and upcoming programs, including a Farm Shield conference, a Charlie Cart mobile teaching kitchen funded by a community health equity grant, 4-H enrollment, and STEM outreach at Northwestern Middle School. Alan confirmed he had reviewed the contract and found no major changes. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved acceptance of the updated contract and authorized signatures.

Jennifer requested approval to admit Stephen Cruz as a private-pay resident at Howard Haven; the board moved, seconded and approved the admission. Allison also noted outreach work and invited commissioners to an open house in January to view the updated extension office and equipment.
