Construction staff told the committee the bollard work is in progress and concrete was being poured in front of the Capitol on the day of the meeting. Curb and gutter work completed, and crews will move to the Supreme Court side next. Staff estimated the Capitol-side work should finish in about a week, and the full bollard installation across the project area is expected to be done by the start of the new year.
