Staff presented fuel bids from Keystone Cooperative, Atlantic Petroleum and Newton Oil with per‑gallon prices for regular and several diesel blends; the board voted to take 2026 gasoline and diesel bids under advisement so staff can prepare a register and compare volumes and markup structures. Staff also presented paver proposals (McAllister Machinery and Brandeis Machinery) and dump‑truck proposals (McMahon Truck Center, Marcus Hayden New Truck Sales, Stoops Freightliner), and commissioners voted to take those proposals under advisement for technical evaluation.

On grants and service agreements, staff requested permission to apply for a seed grant to clean and reconcile MSAG/ALI/GIS datasets to improve CAD/9‑1‑1 mapping; the board approved application permission. The board also approved a service agreement contract for community corrections with a platform described as for use among agencies participating in the county's regional opioid‑settlement committee.
