McCracken County Fiscal Court on Nov. 17 approved a series of procurement actions for county fleets and the Paducah Sports Park.
The court awarded a bid for a 2025 Ram 3,500 crew cab diesel (4x4) to David Taylor for $74,842 for the county litter abatement crew. The judge executive was authorized to sign documents and the treasurer to pay invoices related to that purchase.
For the county Road Department, Paducah Ford was awarded a 2026 Ford F-250 SuperCab 4x4 for $51,144 and Lynnwood Motors was awarded a 2026 Ram 2,500 crew cab 4x4 for $49,916; the judge executive was authorized to sign related documents.
At Paducah Sports Park, sealed bids for a food trailer were opened and Worldwide Trailer Sales was awarded the package for $59,041.09 as the low compliant bidder; the judge executive was authorized to contract and the treasurer to pay invoices. Officials said the trailer will be located at the entrance plaza with seating and can be moved for large events; the city will pay half the cost.
The court also approved procurement payments tied to the Sports Complex under an interlocal cooperation agreement (dated Sept. 7, 2022) with the city of Paducah and the Sports Tourism Commission. Payments approved included $27,881.65 to PFGW, $12,817.76 to BFW and $27,365.80 to Anthem Sports LLC; the interlocal agreement provides that the city of Paducah pays half of those invoices. An additional invoice for $65,796.93 to Deer and Company was also approved for the Sports Complex; court members confirmed equipment (five utility vehicles) had been received.
