The Clear Creek Independent School District Board of Trustees certified its votes for two appraisal-district board elections during the Nov. 17 meeting.

For the GCAD board of directors (580 votes available), Trustee Cunningham moved to allocate 289 votes to Matt Doyle, 289 votes to Thomas Farmers and one vote each to Robin Collins and Ross James, for a total of 580. The board approved the allocation unanimously. The completed ballot and resolution must be submitted to the GCAD chief appraiser by Dec. 14, 2025.

For the HCAD board of directors (30 votes available), the board moved to allocate all 30 votes to Martina Dixon Lamont (spelled in the transcript with minor variations). The board voted unanimously to certify the allocation. The certification must be submitted to the HCAD chief appraiser before 5 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2025.
