Applicant Kathy Dimidovich attended and confirmed no lighting is proposed for the logos. Commissioners asked whether the logos are owner branding and staff confirmed they are building branding; staff emphasized that proposed signs do not include illumination. The motion to approve carried 7–0 on roll call.

Planning staff will require the applicant to obtain sign permits and meet the single staff condition documented in the staff report before installation.
