At its Sept. 13 meeting the Town of Danvers Wetlands Protection Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance for 31 Massachusetts Avenue (DEP file 14‑1416) and continued two matters for 80 Water Street to the commission's Dec. 11, 2025 meeting.

Caitlin White, a wetland scientist from Hancock Associates, represented the applicant for 31 Massachusetts Avenue and said the 2024 permit for a garage addition had been implemented as approved and that the site was stable. "All construction is done. The site is stable. Everything was constructed as approved," White told the commission. After staff confirmed an on‑site inspection, a commissioner moved to issue the certificate; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.

The commission also accepted requests from applicant Peter McKinnon to continue both the Notice of Intent for 80 Water Street (DEP 14‑1433) and a separate certificate of compliance matter for 80 Water Street (DEP 14‑1247) to the Dec. 11, 2025 meeting; both continuances were approved by voice vote.

In other business staff noted there were no minutes to approve and distributed next year's meeting schedule; commissioners briefly discussed the prospect of future chair succession and agreed to raise the subject at a future meeting. A motion to adjourn was approved and the meeting closed.
