The Little Rock School District Board moved into executive session near the end of the Nov. 13 meeting to "consider the employment or appointment of a public employee." A board director moved for executive session and the motion carried on a voice vote recorded as "Aye." The board later returned to open session and announced that no public actions were taken while in executive session.

The executive-session motion and the return were recorded on the public transcript; neither a personnel appointment nor an employment action was reported after the closed session.
