At the start of the meeting the board approved the minutes from its Nov. 3 and Nov. 4 meetings. Board member (Speaker 2) moved to approve the minutes "as presented," Chair (Speaker 1) seconded, and the board recorded a voice vote of "Aye."

Chair and director used the meeting to conduct the sample audit and, after the hand tally matched the machine tape, the board set a canvas to certify the official results. Chair announced: the board will "meet here at 11AM on Friday, and it will also be streamed live on YouTube" for certification.

Late in the meeting Board member (Speaker 2) moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:55, the motion was seconded (Speaker 6), and Chair adjourned the session.
