The Murrysville Planning Commission voted to recommend borough council approve S‑11‑25, a resubdivision of Lot 1 of the Mark Ginley Subdivision.

Wes Nicholson, representing property owner Ronald Berry, told the commission the applicant sought to split the lot and had applied for a variance to address setback encroachments. Planning staff reported the applicant submitted revisions and that outstanding comments had been resolved; the zoning hearing board granted the requested side‑yard and rear‑yard variances on Oct. 30. "He wanted to split up his lot, and due to the setbacks, we had to apply for a variance," Nicholson said.

Commissioner (speaker 7) moved the recommendation to forward the resubdivision to council with approval; a second was called and the motion carried by voice vote.

The commission record shows no additional conditions were imposed at the meeting. The item will next appear before borough council for final action.
