The Murrysville Planning Commission recommended borough council approve S‑12‑25, the Sampson Subdivision, which would split a 51.5‑acre parcel (tax parcel 49‑19‑00‑0‑090) accessed from Hoye Farm Road into two lots so the primary residence and an accessory structure occupy separate parcels.

Brian Almeter of Faringer McCurdy Gray described the lot as roughly 51 acres with an existing home and an accessory building; he said the plan qualifies as a minor subdivision and that the applicant will provide signed and sealed plans after addressing remaining comments. "All of them have water and on‑lot sewage, so all that is sort of taken care of," Almeter said.

Commissioner (speaker 7) moved to recommend approval to council; a second was heard and the motion passed by voice vote. The commission did not add special conditions beyond staff review and signature requirements. The recommendation now goes to borough council for final action.
