Later in the meeting the board moved to accept two DRP mentees. Based on division scoring, one mentee was approved as presented and one was recommended to complete an additional report before final acceptance; the board accepted both actions. Board members encouraged colleagues to recruit prosthodontists to participate in DRP reviews, citing a shortage of prosthodontist volunteers.

Both items were voted on without extended debate; staff said committee work had recommended approval in each case and the motions carried.
