The Appleton Board of Health unanimously approved minutes from its Oct. 8 meeting and adopted a succession and delegation-of-authority policy meant to clarify who can act if the health officer or deputy director cannot serve.

Alderperson Jones moved to approve the minutes; a member identified as Worth seconded the motion and the board voted in favor. On the succession policy (action item 2051370-2), Dr. Seiferts told the board there were no changes from the prior version and described the policy as one that "dictate[s] a delegation of authority, in a succession planning, context," to ensure administrative continuity.

The board had no public hearings or appearances on the agenda, and both procedural items passed with unanimous voice votes. The meeting adjourned after routine departmental reports and questions.
