The Village of Jackson board approved pay request #4 for the 2025 Hickory Lane reconstruction project for Vinton Construction in the amount of $618,120.14.

During discussion, a trustee asked when the project would be closed out. The project manager said restoration work is complete for the season but punch-list items remain; the anticipated project closeout is in the first quarter of next year, and landscaping/ reseeding is expected to be visible in spring.

Trustees approved the pay request by motion, second and voice vote. Board members agreed to monitor the remaining punch-list and the site restoration results in spring before final acceptance.
