The Linn County Planning Commission approved the printed October minutes after commissioners said some earlier meeting records were missing or inconsistent in SharePoint.

Chair (S2) led the discussion about the missing July–September files and how several corrected drafts had not been uploaded. Commissioner (S4) moved to approve the printed October minutes; Commissioner (S3) seconded the motion, and the minutes were approved by voice vote.

Commissioners asked staff to reconstruct the missing minutes, to print corrected versions for review and to distribute them before the next meeting so the commission can reconcile which sessions have been formally approved.
