The Hardin County Fiscal Court met in regular session Nov. 10, 2025, and voted unanimously to approve the court’s October minutes and a four‑item consent agenda that included routine claims, financial transfers (Resolution 217), EMS personnel approvals (Resolution 218) and the surplus of a 2012 Ford Explorer from the Judge Executive department.

Judge Executive opened the meeting with an agenda overview, a call for community support for residents affected by the federal government shutdown, and remarks recognizing Veterans Day. The court read a proclamation designating Nov. 9–15, 2025 as Nurse Practitioner Week in the Commonwealth; the proclamation was read publicly though no nurse practitioner was present to accept it at the meeting.

During roll-call votes both on the motion to approve the October minutes and on the consent agenda, magistrates recorded affirmative votes in sequence (transcript roll call entries list each magistrate’s response); the presiding officer announced both motions passed.

The court also received presentations from planning, public works and engineering staff, and heard a citizen comment from the county sheriff about a mobile tax collection outreach schedule. Committee meeting dates for emergency services, resources and community support, finance, and public works were announced before the court adjourned.

The court did not take any ordinance readings or hold contested votes beyond the consent agenda during this session. The next fiscal court meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
