Key personnel actions recorded: approval of hiring Titus Wallner as a police officer effective Nov. 17, 2025 (with a 40-hour probationary period for supplemental benefits and a one-year probationary period per the FOP contract); approval of a classification change for Monty Benoli to the teen/tween library position effective Dec. 1, 2025 (with a 60-calendar-day probationary period); and acceptance of the voluntary retirement of Karen Wheeldryer Foreman in the solid waste department effective Nov. 29, 2025.

A roll-call motion to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded and the commission recorded an affirmative roll-call vote.
