The superintendent told the board that consultants working on the district master plan have compiled data and diagrams and will present findings at a public meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the high school. The presentation will include opportunities for public input via Mentimeter and paper forms for attendees who prefer not to use phones.

Three board members — Ian, Greg and Ryan — serve on the master plan committee, and district staff said they will continue outreach ahead of the public session. The superintendent said the presentation will share what the results are showing so far and ask whether community members agree with the findings.

Consultants named included HEK Architects and staff will be available to answer questions at the public meeting; no board action was required at this time.
