Mike credited 'graveyard crews' (night-shift teams) with apprehending a prolific burglar who had struck several incidents, noting the use of drones and K-9 units to recover a bulk of stolen items. Records and evidence staff completed a 100% inventory of the evidence room and reported no discrepancies.
