At the end of the meeting, the council reviewed the current budget. A council member asked how much the PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) payment is for the Highland project. A staff member said, "I believe it's we have to pay 330,000," and later confirmed "It's 330,000. Yeah." The same staff member said the city collects more than that amount overall and offered to distribute a spreadsheet with the detailed numbers to council.

There was no motion to change the budget or to approve new spending related to the PILOT at this meeting. Staff committed to send the detailed spreadsheet and figures to council for review.
