Several commissioners asked consultants and staff to provide meeting dates in advance to improve attendance and to coordinate presentations with the full commission when possible; consultants agreed to work with the commission on scheduling.

No formal policy decisions or program adoptions were made at the meeting; consultants said additional analysis and the open survey period would inform subsequent recommendations to be considered in later meetings.
