Item 4(a)(i) (property purchase and development agreement transferring several parcels between Temple Revitalization Corporation and East Heights Development LLC) passed with 4 yes, 0 no, 1 abstention (motion by Council Member Kirkendall; second recorded in the transcript as "Pukington"). Two purchase items (item 4(i), playground equipment from Cunningham Recreation estimated at $924,984.67; and item 4(a)(j), downtown office building purchase not to exceed $2,275,000) were both postponed to a future date after motions by Council Member Kirkendall.
