"I will take this 1. This is the superintendent's recommendation, as you know, to the board, and we are asking for your approval on this item tonight," the superintendent said before a board member moved the motion to approve item 2.01.

Board members voiced 'aye' and the motion passed on the audio record; no roll-call tally with member names was recorded in the workshop transcript. The waiver of the expulsion hearing was recorded as approved at the workshop; the district did not record detailed votes by name in the workshop audio.
