The Muskego City Planning Commission on Nov. 4 deferred consideration of Resolution PC037‑2025, a building site and operation amendment for RD Cycle at 16555 Janesville Road, after staff reported that the applicant had not submitted requested detailed plans.
Adam, a city staff member, said the item had been deferred previously and staff had requested more specific plan information, including a plan view showing the planned location of pavers and details for a donation bin the applicant intended next to the building. Adam said the property owner later submitted an application and photos on Oct. 20 but that staff had not received the detailed plans requested to show exact paver placement and other specifics.
An applicant representative (identified in the meeting only as an applicant) responded that they had taken photos and "thought I sent that email" on Oct. 23 and apologized that it apparently did not go through. The applicant offered to show the email to staff.
Given the absence of the requested plan details, a commissioner moved to defer the item to the next meeting to allow the applicant to provide the requested drawings and plan information. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The commission advised the applicant to contact staff if there were questions about email delivery or document submittal.
No formal change to the project was made; the deferral leaves the item on the commission’s docket until the applicant supplies the requested materials.
