Jackson Rispera, representing the Frisbee Group and partner Terra Group, addressed the board during the public hearing to voice support for expanding the CRA density bonus pool tied to redevelopment of the Palm Beach Kennel Club site.
Rispera, who identified his address as 221 Royal Poinciana Way and said he spoke on behalf of project partners, said the redevelopment would “help attract high quality investment, encourage smart growth, and further the county's goals of promoting housing, economic vitality, and reinvesting in the urban core.”
The board then moved to transmit the proposed Westgate Boulevard CRA bonus-density text and to receive and file the related materials. The motions were approved by voice vote and recorded as 6–0.
