Later, Dr. Dorsey moved approval of the consent agenda, and Miss Breeding seconded. Those items — described in the agenda as routine personnel and business office actions, prior minutes, and education-related items such as choice and student placements — were likewise approved by voice vote with the chair saying the motion carries.
