The council recognized Louise Clark for 10 years of service to the city of Villa Rica.

Mayor and councilmembers praised Clark for her work in purchasing and finance, noting that she was the first person the finance director thought of to serve as purchasing director after a departmental reorganization. One councilmember said Clark is “always available for departments” and thanked her for being a colleague and friend.

The recognition was purely ceremonial and the council moved on to the next agenda item without formal action.
