At the start of the Nov. 4 regular session the Keller City Council approved its consent agenda (items F1 through F6) by unanimous vote.

Key approvals included a resolution authorizing a contract with She Draws on Walls of Fort Worth for the installation of eight sports‑nostalgia murals at Keller Sports Park (staff confirmed murals will be painted rather than vinyl), and a contract through the BuyBoard cooperative with TDI Industries of Dallas for HVAC preventative maintenance and service support. The council also approved updates to the Keller Sports Park operating policies and two related Texas Department of Transportation Green Ribbon Program items: a landscape maintenance agreement and an advanced funding agreement related to the US‑377 median landscape improvement project.

Motion and vote: Councilman Dubberly moved approval of F1–F6 and Councilman Watley seconded; the vote on the consent agenda was recorded as 6–0 in favor of approval.
