The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District on Nov. 3 received a $100,000 donation from Dr. Nancy Johnson Kramer, presented in memory of her late husband, to support school safety and wellness programs.
Board members described the donor's long ties to the district and said the funds will be used to strengthen safety education, provide resources for students and bolster student organizations promoting wellness and awareness.
