Ben Brezina, assistant city manager of Frisco, appeared during public comment to request Collin County's assistance finalizing an interlocal agreement for the Panther Creek Trail (item 2E). Brezina said the project, selected under the 2023 parks and open space bond program, will create approximately 1.2 miles of shared-use trail along the Panther Creek corridor and will provide an east-west connection linking several local trail systems.

"The project was bid and is now under construction with completion expected in early 2026," Brezina said, asking for the county's leadership and support to finalize the ILA and help connect trails across jurisdictional boundaries.

No formal vote or action was taken during public comment; the item is on the court's agenda for further consideration.
