Board members moved and seconded a motion that acknowledged the owner's declaration of installation of utilities, the owner's declaration of private roads, a supplemental declaration for Tamarack Resort phase 3.4 and a Central District Health letter stating sanitary restrictions have been satisfied, and that authorized the chair to sign the plat. Chair seconded the motion and the motion passed by voice vote (two ayes); one commissioner had recused themself from the item because a family member is under contract.

The board was told the plat package can take two to three weeks to assemble and that the replat narrows a previously designated future-development lot into three lots and a large open space. Commissioners confirmed that all conditions on the project's CEP had been met before the vote. After approval, staff noted the recording is pending signatures; the plat awaits Dan's signature and must be recorded with Laurie present, and the board will set an appointment for recording and payment.

No other permits, bond amounts, or conditions beyond those acknowledged in the motion were specified during the discussion. The commissioners noted that Valley County has authority to set the level of service for public roads and that such service levels may be changed at the board's discretion.
