The Mendocino Council of Governments Policy Advisory Committee on Nov. 4 approved its consent calendar, with item 8 removed from the package because participation by board of supervisors members could create conflicts, officials said.

The committee voted to approve the remaining consent items after no public comments were offered during the meeting. Chair Hascheck called the vote; Directors Klein, Alaniz, Hansen and Chris recorded affirmative votes. The motion to approve was made and seconded on the record.

The pulled item will remain off the consent calendar until the committee resolves the scheduling or participation issues that prompted the removal, officials said on the record. No additional action on item 8 was taken at the meeting.

The approval clears routine administrative matters and minutes included on the consent calendar; staff will proceed with the items approved by the committee.
