The Morris Township Board of Adjustment adopted a series of memorializing resolutions and made an administrative appointment at its Oct. 27 meeting.

Board counsel presented a memorializing resolution reflecting the board’s earlier denial of the variance application filed by Michael Ewing for 40 Springbrook Road (VA‑17‑23). The board then approved memorializing resolutions granting relief for applicants Declan and Megan Burke (8 Shepherd Place) and Daniel Faulconer (29 Bennington Road). The board also granted an extension of preliminary and final site plan approval for SK Veil Kimball LLC at 350 Mel Kimball Avenue through Oct. 25, 2026.

In other business the board approved a resolution to appoint Peter Lupo as the board’s telecommunications consultant for future matters involving wireless or related telecom applications. The appointment was approved by roll call vote.

Each of the memorializing resolutions will be finalized in writing and offered for adoption at the board’s next meeting. The board’s roll calls and motions were read into the record; the minutes will list the detailed vote records as memorialized.
