Laquisha Cadwalader, representing Onslow County Parks & Recreation, said the department is soliciting community feedback to guide program and facility planning. "Everything we do is for the community," she said, adding that staff are using input to shape athletics, senior programming and facility investments.

Cadwalader said residents can find the survey via signs at parks, QR codes, the parks-and-rec website, Facebook pages and at the recreation desk; it is available in English and Spanish. She said staff have many ideas and are excited about recent ribbon-cutting events and ongoing program planning.
