Saratoga Springs City Council moved into an executive session during the Oct. 31 meeting to discuss an Article 7 proposed settlement concerning property SBL 165.59-1-1927 on Division Street. A motion to convene the executive session was made, seconded and the council voted by voice, "aye," to proceed.

When the council returned to open session, the mayor announced that there will be a motion on accounts related to the Article 7 settlement. The council did not take a recorded roll-call vote on the settlement or record the terms during the Oct. 31 session; staff indicated the formal motion on accounts would be brought to a subsequent meeting for action.
