The Franklin County Board of Commissioners presented a certificate of appreciation to Lynn Hall on Oct. 29 for more than a decade of service to the Franklin County Water Conservancy Board.
Commissioners noted Hall’s service on the board since September 2008 — first as an alternate member and, beginning in 2011, as a full commissioner — and thanked him for his “valuable insight, consistency [and] dedication to the stewardship of the county’s water resources,” according to the presentation. Hall told the board, “Please. It’s been a pleasure to be able to serve.”
The board said Hall chose not to reapply for another term and acknowledged his years of leadership. Commissioners discussed posting a photo and a short write‑up about Hall’s service to the county’s official Facebook page.
No formal action beyond the presentation was recorded.
