1) Motion: Continue ZC04-03 (zoning change), PD04-02 (planned development), and WR04-12 (water resource) to Sept. 13, 2004. Staff explained the applicant's counsel had a scheduling conflict and the intent was to continue to Sept. 13 and then re-notice and continue again to Sept. 27 to allow public notice to align. Outcome: Motion carries 5-0.
