- Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (Lots A, B, G and Lot D, 500 Brookman Ave.) — plan reaffirmations approved.
- Reading High School oil tank room waterproofing (below‑grade oil tank area) — land‑development waiver approved for the limited repave/waterproofing scope.
- Rockland (former Albright building, 11th & Rockland) — waiver approved for internal reconfiguration to facilities use (no exterior work).
- Concord station / comfort station / stadium parking (Reading School District) — waiver approved; as‑built/asphalt plans requested as a condition.
- Alvernia University pavilion (30×90, 2,700 sq ft) — waiver denied; commission directed the applicant to submit a minor land‑development plan with erosion‑sediment controls, stormwater agreement and updated campus/master plan notation.
- 1112 & 1116 Butler St. waiver request (auto repair): tabled to the November meeting pending an annexation/consolidation plan, county review and a sewer‑flow estimate from a surveyor/engineer.
Most motions passed on unanimous voice votes of the commissioners present; the Alvernia packet was denied after commission discussion and precedent review.
