The Josephine County Board of Commissioners approved the consent calendar at its Oct. 30 meeting by a 2-1 vote with one commissioner excused.

A motion to approve the consent calendar was made and seconded. During roll call, Commissioner Smith voted yes and Commissioner Black voted yes. Commissioner Barnett was recorded as excused; the chair announced the motion carried 2 to 1.

The consent calendar included minutes from the Josephine County Fair Board (Aug. 12 and Sept. 16) and the weekly business session minutes from Oct. 23. No discussion of individual consent-calendar items was recorded before the vote.

No further action was taken on consent items during the meeting.
